Samplex IL50 - Versatile and effective in-line sampling

By using any of the CS range of samplers you can accurately check all incoming bulk loads on arrival. However, it is perhaps equally as important to your business that quality and consistency are carefully monitored throughout the compounding process. This means you can check as frequently as you wish for contamination, composition or quality deviation. Totally adaptable to your needs, the IL50 can be mounted almost anywhere to collect spot samples and send them to where they are needed very quickly.

Dimensions and Function

The IL50 is powered by compressed air causing the sampler plug to enter the material flow and "catch" each sample.

The IL50 is versatile enough to be suitable for installation into ducts angled as much as 45 degrees.

Construction: Stainless steel with a durable powder coat.
The sampler plug then returns emptying the sample through the chute below.
