Recognising the need for a simple, manually operated sampler that is robust, accurate and affordable by smaller producers, Samplex have developed the CS30 sampler.
Designed specifically for grain, it offers 2 axis movement, enabling the operator to take samples from trailers of all shapes and sizes.

The CS30 is a 2 axis powered operation manual control sampler from the Samplex range, specifically developed for sampling bulk grain.

Patented gravity flow system collects representative samples without the bias to dust that suction systems can deliver

Provides samples from which mycotoxins and other micro-contaminants can be accurately determined

Rapid operation, avoids delays at your weighbridge

Samples material particles up to 6mm diameter and 16mm long

Adjustable spear aperture enables sample size to be pre-set

Sample collected from full depth of load to give truly representative sampling.

Automatically detects truck bed when sampling

350º rotation and extendable boom enables random sampling pattern to detect fraudulently mixed loads

Can sample from two adjacent lanes of traffic

Robust construction minimises risk of accidental damage

Low maintenance with no filters to clean or change

Simple and safe to operate with a hand held control unit

Eliminates the hazards of climbing onto loads to hand spear

Low energy requirement (1.15 KW), quiet and clean
