The CS90 is the flagship of the range. It is also capable of sampling a wider range of products, from dry powders and flour, small seeds such as oilseed rape and linseed, cereals, maize, sorghum, soya beans and pulses as well as large animal feed pellets up to 16mm diameter or 30mm in length.

The entire system is very easy to operate and control. Pictorial labeling makes the instructions clear and understandable for operators regardless of their nationality and language.
Fully Automatic Sampling Sequence
Enables operator to easily self-programme an automatic sampling sequence of 3,5,8 or up to 15 positions in the load.
Precise and Accurate Sample Extraction
The ‘patented’ Spear design ensures the sample enters the Spear under gravity therefore eliminating the vacuum cleaner effect and avoiding inaccurate samples being taken.
Clear Reception Chamber for Collected Samples
Stainless steel cyclone Reception Chamber has a clear storage tube which gives immediate access for the visual inspection of individual samples. Problem loads can therefore be identified quickly and efficiently.
Variable Sample Volumes Collected
By selecting either option 1 or 2, samples can be taken either on the upward motion or on both the upward and downward motions dependant on the material being sampled giving a variable volume of sample for analysis. Volume can also be varied by the use of adjustable aperture on the body of the sample probe.
Bottom of Load Detection
This is an essential feature as it ensures that the bottom of the load is detected before sampling is activated, therefore guaranteeing a truly representative core sample from the bottom to the top of the load.
Dual Lane Operation
When installed in the centre of a dual lane operation, the central park facility allows fast and efficient sampling to take place from vehicles in either lane, therefore greatly reducing traffic congestion.
Automatic Park
This function can be operated at any time so that the arm automatically returns to its pre-set parked position. Ensuring the safety of the operatives and protecting the machinery.
Machine Damage Limitation
The frictional rotational drive prevents Spear damage should the vehicle be driven away whilst sampling is still in progress. Should a vehicle collide with the CS unit, the impact damage is limited to the support frame – therefore avoiding damage to the sampler’s mechanism.
